Delivery

 

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time varies depending on where the destination is and can be delayed by weather and/or holidays.

 

Where will my order ship from?

To reduce waste and provide more variety in my items, I work with an on-demand fulfillment company that has multiple facilities worldwide! This means that when you place an order, those items will then be made.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before contacting me, please consider the following just in case:

 

⬦ Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

⬦ Ask your local post office if they have your package.

⬦ Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, let me know and be sure to include your order number!

 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

 

Orders

 

How are your items made?

I work with a print-on-demand company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

 

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to give me a poke!

 

I received a wrong/damaged/mislabeled product, what should I do?

I'm so sorry if this has happened to you, I'd be more than happy to help resolve this if you send me an email at azyraxart@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and any other details you would like to include. I'll get back to you with a resolution quickly!

 

Returns

 

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, as of right now I cannot offer returns or exchanges due to every item being made to order.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items, or mislabeled items. If any of these apply, please contact me via email at azyraxart@gmail.com within one week of receiving your item(s) including your order number and photos of the damage and I'll happily sort this out for you!

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

At this time, I cannot offer exchanges. If you're uncertain of which size would fit better, check out the size charts as I have them listed for every item in the shop at the top of the descriptions! Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered could have been mislabeled. If that is the case, please let me know via email at azyraxart@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item and I'll send you a new one or issue a refund.

 

Privacy

 

What information do you collect and how do you use it?

When you visit my site, Google Analytics is used to collect basic information such as the number of site visits, page visits, locations of visitors, device types, operating systems, and browsers. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

 

When you place an order, I collect your first and last name, your email address, your phone number if provided, your shipping address, your billing address if provided, and your payment method. Your full name, shipping address, and phone number are shared with the fulfillment company so they can create and ship your order to you.

 

If you opt in to my newsletter, your email will be collected and used to send you emails about new releases, special offers, and other neat things!

 

Can I have my information deleted?

Of course! You can send me a message or an email at azyraxart@gmail.com to request the deletion of your information. I will be able to erase your information from the order history and/or newsletter. No hard feelings!
